It was celebrations all round for our junior ladies football team on Monday – win in Div 5 League, and a big birthday for Boardsmill GAA stalwart Maeve Murray! HAPPY BIRTHDAY MAEVE !!!
Our junior ladies team had another great performance in Ashbourne on Monday evening to continue their winning streak in Division 5 League, with a final scoreline of 3-7 to 1-6.
Up against a strong Ashbourne team who are reigning junior champions, the girls dug deep to come away with the victory. Some young, up and coming players really shone through in sealing the win. Moya Bird lead the way for the girls with her tally of 1-5, another outstanding display by her. A steady overall team performance to continue building upon going forward!
