Anyone who has been over at the pitch since Christmas will have seen that there has been a huge amount of work taking place (despite the very, very, very wet weather!). TJ, the Committee and several volunteers have been hard at work removing the old wire fence and blue and white fence posts. These were synonymous with the Club but had been run down and dilapidated of late and were in need of drastic repair.

The fence has now been replaced with a brand new Twin Guard Weldmesh 1.2m high with a spectator rail and supporting gates around the main pitch. This gives a brand new and modern look to our main pitch not to mention a good resting spot when looking at matches this year!
